The aim of the research is to reveal the relationship between psychological happiness and vocational satisfaction kindergarten Teacher’s and the research was conducted on a sample of (200) kindergarten teachers, all of them enrolled in kindergartens affiliated with the governmental and experimental teachers in Fayoum Governorate, and two measures were used: the psychological happiness scale (the researcher's preparation) And the Professional Satisfaction Scale (prepared by the researcher). The results have shown: 1) There is a positive (direct) correlation between psychological happiness and professional satisfaction among kindergarten teachers. 2) The contribution of psychological happiness in its dimensions to predicting professional satisfaction among kindergarten teachers.
