This study generally aimed at determining the prevailing level of awareness among educational administration experts and their assistants in the school stages (kindergarten and primary stage) about the problem of electronic bullying and its potential effects; in order to find out the parameters of their actual or expected roles in discovering these crimes and providing protection for children at risk and for child victims this violence and prevent it from happening wherever possible. The study was applied to a simple random sample of (700) individuals from the study community; it consisted of principals of primary education schools, kindergartens and the agents of those schools, social workers and psychological guides working in the educational field. The researcher designed a closed questionnaire consisting of (61) paragraphs, divided into seven Dimensions that meet the objectives of the study and its general questions. The study reached a number of results, including: 1) There are mid-level behavioral reactions resulting from most children using smartphones or tablets and their own computers with the emergence of the Internet of course. 2) The results also revealed that educational administration experts and their assistants have taken effective proactive measures to stop electronic bullying; but they have focused on traditional methods of dealing with this phenomenon. 3) The results also showed that the level of awareness about the nature of electronic bullying against children did not differ between educational management experts and their assistants, with different variables (gender, years of managerial experience, job grade). The study came up with a number of recommendations for parents, professionals, the educational framework and the public to ensure safe navigation of the child to the digital space.
