The purpose of this study was to investigate the role electronic supervision might play in improving the process of distance instruction during, and after Covid-19 Pandemic, by clarifying the role of electronic supervision in improving the learning process, and contributing to teacher professional development, as well as to discover the most important positives and challenges facing the use of electronic supervision in Palestinian schools, and identifying the most critical logistical and technical requirements for developing electronic supervision and ensuring its continuity. To accomplish this, a semi-structured interview with three models was created and conducted with a sample of five supervisors, five principals, and ten teachers after the three models of the interview were checked for validity and reliability. In order to achieve the study objectives, and to answer the research questions, the researcher adopted a qualitative approach with an analytical descriptive design. The study findings revealed that electronic supervision played a significant position role in improving the process of distance learning and education during the Covid-19 Pandemic and beyond, and that it can be used in any similar situations that may arise in the future in palestine, It has many benefits like the constant communication between supervisors, principals and teachers, also the electronic supervision contributes to the emergence of new learning strategies, in addition to enhancing teacher motivation and receiving rapid electronic feedback, and assisting them in planning properly, and managing many of the challenges they confront. The findings, also, revealed the benefits of this type of supervision, which can be summarized in its ability to be flexible in use, even in emergency situations, and its ability to keep up with technological developments, as well as the fact that it saves time and effort, and it also can be utilized, and significantly contributes to breaking down barriers between supervisors and teachers. However, the lack of experience of supervisors, principals, and teachers, as well as technical difficulties and poor infrastructure, were among the most significant challenges facing its employment, and one of the most important logistical and technical needs that must be met in educational institutions is the continuation of training for supervisors, principals, and teachers, in addition to the presence of a supportive technical staff and a focus on increasing Internet speed. In light of findings, the study ended up with a series of practical recommendations the Ministry of Education decision making body, supervisors, principals, and teachers, among others.
