This study aimed to identify the status of administrative bullying among government school principals in Hebron Governorate, as seen by school teachers and principals. The study population consisted of all public-school teachers in the Hebron Governorate, numbered (10470) teachers and principals of these schools for the academic year 2021-2022 AD, while the study sample of teachers was a stratified random sample of (1047) teachers, the sample also included (16) principals. The researchers used the questionnaire as a tool for the sample of teachers, consisted of (37) paragraphs. The interview also used as a second tool for the principals. Validity and reliability were confirmed by appropriate educational and statistical methods. The results of the study revealed that teachers' estimates of the status of administrative bullying among public school principals in Hebron governorate came to a low degree. The results also showed statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≥0.05) due to the variables of the gender of the teacher, the gender of the school principal, the educational qualification, the directorate, while no differences appeared due to the variable of experience. The results of the interview also indicated that the administrative bullying is not a widespread phenomenon in the schools of Hebron Governorate. Based on the results of the study, the researchers recommends holding workshops and training for school principals to make them aware of the need to use modern scientific methods in management.
