هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مفهوم تنمية الموارد البشرية بكليات التربية، والكشف عن أهمية الموارد البشرية بكليات التربية في ضوء ثقافة الإبداع والإلمام بأهم اتجاهات تنمية الموارد البشرية بكليات التربية في ضوء ثقافة الإبداع، والتوصل لاستراتيجية لتنمية الموارد البشرية بكليات التربية في ضوء ثقافة الإبداع. استخدم البحث منهجية البحث الوصفي لملائمته لغرض البحث، كما اعتمد البحث على استبانة تم تطبيقها على عينة ممثلة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية بلغ حجمها 206 عضوا بجامعات (عين شمس - المنصورة - السويس - سوهاج). توصل البحث لعدة نتائج أبرزها قصور اهتمام كليات التربية بالكفاءات البشرية التي تعتمد عليها في بناء استراتيجياتها وأساس الميزة التنافسية بها وقصور حرصها على الحفاظ على أفضل الأفراد وقصور في تكامل سياسة التخطيط للموارد البشرية والاستراتيجية العامة للكلية، كما يوجد قصور في توفير المناخ المساند لتنمية التواصل بين العاملين بالإضافة إلى تبني كليات التربية تطبيق سياسة المركزية، ضعف توفير تدريب للعاملين على الإبداع الإداري لتحقيق الريادة في مجال الخدمات التي تقدمها كليات التربية. The purpose of the research is to identify the concept of human resources development in the faculties of education, and to reveal the importance of human resources in the faculties of education in the light of the culture of creativity and knowledge of the most important trends of human resources development in the faculties of education in the light of the culture of creativity and reach a strategy for the development of human resources in the faculties of education in the light of creativity culture. The research was based on a questionnaire that was applied to a representative sample of faculty members in the faculties of education. The total number of students was 206 in Ain Shams University, Mansoura, Suez and Sohag. The interest of the faculties of education in human competencies depends on them in building their strategies and the basis of their competitive advantage and their lack of keenness to maintain the best individuals and lack of integration in the policy of human resources planning and the general strategy of the college. There is also a lack of providing a supportive environment for the development of communication between employees, the implementation of the central policy, weak provision of training for the employees of administrative innovation to achieve leadership in the field of services provided by faculties of education.
