هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة توفر مبادئ السلامة والصحة المهنية للعاملين في المدارس الحكومية في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين وسبل تعزيزها، وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه التحليلي، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (370) معلماً ومعلمة، و استخدمت الباحثة استبانة لقياس درجة توفر مبادئ السلامة و الصحة المهنية للعاملين في المدارس الحكومية في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين و المكونة من (45) فقرة موزعة على (3) مجالات. وقد استخدمت الأساليب الاحصائية المناسبة من خلال برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS. وكان من أهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج ما يلي: 1) أن درجة توفر مبادئ السلامة والصحة المهنية للعاملين في المدارس الحكومية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وقد حصلت على وزن نسبي (57.62%). 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (a≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة توفر مبادئ السلامة والصحة المهنية للعاملين في المدارس تقدير الحكومية تعزى إلى المتغيرات الجنس المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخدمة. 3) قدمت مجموعة من السبل لتعزيز مبادئ السلامة والصحة المهنية للعاملين في المدارس الحكومية بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين. في ضوء النتائج، فقد أوصت الباحثة بما يلي: 1) تقديم الدعم الصحي والنفسي والاجتماعي للعاملين من كافة الجهات المعنية. 2) تكليف عقد دورات ولقاءات الدعم النفسي للعاملين. 3) تفعيل التعاون مع مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي لتزويد المدرسة بما ينقصها سواء في المجال المادي أو في مجال التدريب والتثقيف. This study aimed to identify the degree on the principles of occupational safety and health in public schools in the southern governorates of Palestine and ways to promote them, the study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and the study sample consisted of (370) teachers. The researcher used a questionnaire to measure the degree on the principles of occupational safety and health in public schools in the southern governorates of Palestine and ways to promote them which consists of (45) statements distributed into (3) fields. Among the findings of the study are the following: 1) The degree on the principles of occupational safety and health in public schools in the southern governorates of Palestine, with a relative weight (57.62%). 2) There were no statistically significant differences to the degree on the principles of occupational safety and health in public schools in the southern governorates of Palestine due to the variables of (gender, years of service, and educational qualification). In light of the results, the researcher recommended the following: 1) Providing health, psychological and social support for workers from all concerned authorities. 2) Intensifying the holding of psychological support sessions and meetings for workers. 3) Activating cooperation with local community institutions to provide the school with what it lacks, whether in the material field or in the field of training and education. 4) Activating the principle of delegation and allowing workers to participate in the decision-making process. 5) Increasing the number of training and educational courses for workers in the field of security and safety.
