The aim of the research is to activate the distributed leadership among educational institutions in the State of Kuwait, and use the descriptive approach to analyze the theoretical and intellectual foundations of leadership distributed in educational institutions, where the results of the research, educational institutions in the State of Kuwait to distributed leadership. And the research made recommendations for leadership distributed on the discriminatory organization in educational institutions in the State of Kuwait. (Published abstract)
