The aim of this research is to study the Nonstandard and its relation to the methods of parenting upbringing among university students. The objectives of the research were to find measures to achieve this. After studying the previous studies and standards and the literature of the research variables, the researcher aimed to construct the scale of the anomaly and adopt a measure of parenting methods for " Al-Ahbabi 2016). After applying these two measurements to a sample of (120) students from the final stage of the students of the Faculty of Education for Human Sciences, Tikrit University for the academic year 2015-2016, the research reached the following results: 1) The university students sample is not characterized by behavior. 2) The absence of differences in the immorality of students in the research sample by sex variable.
