حددت أهداف البحث في التعرف على مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى أساتذة جامعة كركوك. فقد قام الباحث بالاعتماد على مقياس المسؤولية الاجتماعية المعد من قبل (الجميلي، 2013) وهو جزء من المتطلبات الأساسية لإجراءات البحث الحالي، إذ تكون المقياس بصورته الأولية من (46) فقرة تم التحقق من صدقها الظاهري من خلال عرض فقراتها على مجموعة من المحكمين، واستخراج معامل التمييز للفقرات وبذلك أصبح المقياس بصورته النهائية مؤلفا من (42) فقرة حسب ثبات المقياس بطريقة إعادة الاختبار فبلغ (0.84). وقد توصل الباحث إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات: 1) ارتفاع نسبة مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى أفراد العينة .2) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة في مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية وفقا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور – إناث) ولصالح الذكور .ومن خلال النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث قدم عددا من التوصيات والمقترحات. The researcher has reached a number of conclusions: 1) High percentage of the level of social responsibility among members of the sample. 2) There are significant differences between the sample members in the level of social responsibility differences according to gender (males - females) and in favor of males.
