هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع ممارسة قادة المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمنطقة القصيم للعمليات الإدارية في ضوء مدخل الإدارة الإلكترونية، والكشف عن الصعوبات التى تواجه ممارسة قادة المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمنطقة القصيم للعمليات الإدارية في ضوء مدخل الإدارة الإلكترونية، وكذلك التعرف إلى أهم المتطلبات اللازمة لذلك، وتقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير العمليات الإدارية لقادة المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمنطقة القصيم في ضوء مدخل الإدارة الإلكترونية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وطبقت أداة الدراسة الاستبانة للعام الدراسي 1440-1441هـ. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من جميع القيادات المدرسية؛ نظرا لمحدودية العدد. بلغ عدد الاستبانات الراجعة والصالحة للتحليل الإحصائي (99) استبانة بنسبة 75% من مجتمع الدراسة (132) قائدًا. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: أن المتوسط الحسابي العام لآراء أفراد الدراسة لواقع ممارسة قادة المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمنطقة القصيم للعمليات الإدارية في ضوء مدخل الإدارة الإلكترونية بدرجة متوسطة، وأن المتوسط الحسابي العام لآراء أفراد الدراسة للصعوبات التى تواجه ممارسة قادة المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمنطقة القصيم لتطوير العمليات الإدارية في ضوء مدخل الإدارة الإلكترونية بدرجة كبيرة، وأن المتوسط الحسابى العام لآراء أفراد الدراسة حول أهم المتطلبات اللازمة لقادة المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمنطقة القصيم لتطوير العمليات الإدارية في ضوء مدخل الإدارة الإلكترونية بدرجة كبيرة. The study aimed to know the reality of the practice of leaders of government secondary schools in the Qassim region for administrative operations in the light of the electronic management approach, and to reveal the difficulties facing the practice of leaders of government secondary schools in the Qassim region for administrative operations in the light of the entrance to electronic management, as well as to identify the most important requirements for that, and provide a perception a proposal to develop administrative processes for leaders of government secondary schools in the Qassim region in the light of the entrance to electronic management. For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study, this study relied on the descriptive survey approach, and the study tool applied the questionnaire to the academic year 1440-1441 AH, the study sample consisted of all school leaders due to the limited number, and the number of questionnaires returned and valid for statistical analysis reached (99) questionnaires with a percentage of 75% of the study community (132) leaders. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: 1) The general arithmetic mean of the opinions of the study members on the reality of the practice of leaders of government secondary schools in the Qassim region for administrative operations in the light of the entrance to electronic management at a moderate degree, and that the general arithmetic average of the views of the study members of the difficulties facing the leadership of government secondary schools in the Qassim region to develop the process administrative administration in light of the entrance of electronic management to a large degree, and that the general arithmetic mean of the opinions of study members about the most important requirements for leaders of government secondary schools in the Qassim region to develop administrative operations in the light of the electronic management approach to a large degree.
