هدفت الدراسة إلى إعداد قائمة بمعايير تنمية تصورات معلمي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها عن تعليم المفردات، ووضع برنامج تدريبي لتنمية تصورات معلمي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها عن تعليم المفردات، وقياس أثر البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية تصورات معلمي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها عن تعليم المفردات، وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج شبه التجريبي. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات أفراد عينة البحث في القياسين القبلي والبعدي للاختبار؛ وذلك لصالح القياس البعدي، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تدريب معلمي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها على رأس العمل، وبناء برامج تدريبية متخصصة لمعلمي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها في تعليم عناصر اللغة ومهاراتها. This study aims to determine the standards of teaching Arabic language vocabulary to non-native speakers, and to set a training program in order to develop the perceptions of Arabic language teachers for non-native speakers about vocabulary teaching. Then, measuring the impact of the training program on developing the perceptions of Arabic language teachers to non-native speakers with regards to vocabulary teaching. To answer the questions of the study, the researcher used the quasi-experimental approach. The findings of the study show that there are statistically significant differences at (0.05) in the average score of the research sample in the pre and post measurement of the test, favoring post measurement. The study recommended in-service training for Arabic teachers of non-native speakers and to build specialized training programs for them in teaching language elements as well as language skills.
