هدف البحث إلى تعرف واقع منظومة التعليم الهجين بجامعة جنوب الوادي، ووضع تصور مقترحا لتطبيقه ومواكبة التطورات، مستفيدة من الجانب التطبيقي في مجال منظومة التعليم الهجين. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة مع الاستعانة بأحد أدواته وهي الاستبانة وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في عينة ممثلة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة جنوب الوادي بلغ إجمالها (400) عضو هيئة تدريس. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، أهمها: 1) أجمعت عينة الدراسة على تحقق دور منظومة التعليم الهجين بدرجة متوسطة من خلال أبعاد الدور التعليمي، الدور البيئي والخدمي، والدور البحثي والعلمي .2) توصل البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير منظومة التعليم الهجين بجامعة جنوب الوادي. أوصت الدراسة إلى جدوى عملية التعليم الهجين، حيث أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس متفقون في آرائهم على أن عملية التعليم الهجين تساعدهم في معالجة مشكلات الدراسة والاهتمام ببقية مشكلاتهم وأن نجاح التعليم الهجين يعتمد على جدوى ونوعية المساعدة التي تقدم للطلاب للوصول إلى قرارات أكثر سلامة وصوابا وانتهت الدراسة بوضع تصور مقترح لتطبيق منظومة التعليم الهجين في جامعة جنوب الوادي، وضرورة بناء بنية تحتية رقمية ذات كفاءة عالية، ونشر الوعي الثقافي بأهمية التمكين الرقمي وتعزيز الإدارة الرقمية بالجامعة وإنشاء وحدة للتعليم الإلكتروني بالجامعة، وتوفير شبكة إنترنت ذات سرعة عالية. Knowing the reality of the hybrid education system at South Valley University, and developing a proposed vision for its application and keeping abreast of developments, benefiting from the applied side in the field of the hybrid education system. The study used the descriptive approach due to its relevance to the nature of the study with the help of one of its tools, which is the questionnaire. The study sample was represented by a representative sample of faculty members at South Valley University, whose total amounted to (400) faculty members. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: 1) The study sample unanimously agreed that the role of the hybrid education system was achieved to a medium degree through the dimensions of the educational role, the environmental and service role, and the research and scientific role. 2) The study came up with a proposal to develop a hybrid education system at South Valley University, and the study recommended the feasibility of the hybrid education process, as the faculty members are unanimous in their opinions that the hybrid education process helps them in addressing the problems of study and taking care of the rest of their problems, and that the success of hybrid education depends on the feasibility and quality of assistance provided to students to reach more sound and correct decisions. The study ended with a proposed vision for the application of the hybrid education system at South Valley University, the necessity of building a highly efficient digital infrastructure, spreading cultural awareness of the importance of digital empowerment, strengthening digital management in the university, and establishing an e-learning unit.
