استهدف البحث تعرف فاعلية استخدام استراتيجية تراكيب كيجان لتدريس الدراسات الاجتماعية في تنمية الاستيعاب المفاهيمي ومهارات التخيل للمعاقين بصريا بالصف الرابع الابتدائي، ولتحقيق ذلك تم إعداد دليل معلم لتدريس الوحدة الأولى (الطبيعة في بلدي) من مقرر الدراسات الاجتماعية للصف الرابع الابتدائي، وكتاب التلميذ في ضوء تلك الاستراتيجية. تم استخدام المنهج التجريبي القائم على التصميم شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة من خلال التطبيق على عينة قوامها (15) تلميذ معاق بصريا بمدرسة النور للمكفوفين بالمنيا. أسفرت النتائج عن وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات التلاميذ في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار الاستيعاب المفاهيمي ومقياس مهارات التخيل لصالح التطبيق البعدي. The research aimed to know the effectiveness of using Keegan structures strategy to teach social studies in developing conceptual comprehension and imagination skills for the blind in the fourth grade of primary school, and to achieve this, a teacher guide was prepared to teach the first unit (Nature in my country) of the fourth grade social studies course, and the student’s book, the semi-curriculum was used. The experimental one-group by applying to a sample of (15) blind students, and the results resulted in a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the students in the pre and post applications to test the conceptual comprehension and the scale of imagination skills in favor of the post application.
