يعد التعليم العالي المسؤول الرئيس عن إعداد المؤهلات العلمية والمهنية وتنمية العلاقات الإنسانية الهادفة للتقدم الحضاري التنموي، من خلال امتلاك المعرفة وأدواتها التقنية بشكل موجه وصحيح لاستثمارها بكافة أبعادها وصولاً للإبداع والابتكار؛ فيتمثل دوره المنوط به لتحقيق النقلة الوطنية للمستقبل وتكوين قاعدة للتنمية المستدامة، وبالتالي تتمحور مشكلة الدراسة في حاجة مؤسسات التعليم العالي إلى تحديد ملامح استراتيجية لتميز مؤسسات التعليم العالي في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030. ومن ثم تهدف الدراسة الإجابة عن الأسئلة الفرعية الآتية: 1) ما الإطار التنظيري لمفهوم التميز للتعليم الجامعي والتنمية المستدامة برؤية مصر 2030؟ 2) ما أبعاد ومرتكزات التميز للتعليم الجامعي في ضوء رؤية مصر للتنمية المستدامة 2030؟ 3) ما ملامح الاستراتيجية المقترحة لتحقيق تميز مؤسسات التعليم العالي في ضوء رؤية مصر للتنمية المستدامة 2030؟ (الملخص المنشور)

Distinction has become a major national goal of today's societies; In other words, it is considered the main pillar for achieving the national strategic goals of any society. This is through building distinct human capabilities as the main productive and determining component of sustainable development. Hence the directions of Egypt Vision 2030, stressing access to excellence as one of the most important factors for sustainable and independent development Higher education is the main responsible for preparing scientific and professional qualifications and developing human relations aimed at civilizational development progress, through possessing knowledge and technical tools in a targeted and correct way to invest in all its dimensions in order to creativity and innovation; Its role is to achieve the national shift for the future, and to form a base for sustainable development, and therefore the problem of study revolves around the need for higher education institutions to define strategic milestones for the excellence of higher education institutions in the light of Egypt's vision 2030 Hence, the study aims to: define the theoretical framework for the concept of excellence for university education and sustainable development with Egypt's 2030 vision, the dimensions and pillars of excellence for university education in the light of Egypt's vision for sustainable development 2030, and clarify the proposed strategy milestones to achieve the excellence of higher education institutions in the light of Egypt's vision of sustainable development 2030.
