هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف للقيادة بالحب وأثرها على أداء أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظرهم. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (246) عضو هيئة تدريس في الجامعات الأردنية. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إيجابية للقيادة بالحب وأثرها على أداء أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الجامعات الأردنية، كما توصلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القيادة بالحب تعزى للكلية ولصالح عضو هيئة التدريس في الكلية الإنسانية، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القيادة بالحب تعزى للرتبة الأكاديمية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القيادة في الحب كانت لصالح عضو هيئة التدريس الأنثى. The study aimed to identify leadership with love and its impact on the performance of faculty members in Jordanian universities from their point of view. The study sample consisted of (246) faculty members in Jordanian universities, and the descriptive analytical approach was used. The results of the study concluded that there is a positive significant effect of leadership with love and its impact on the performance of faculty members in Jordanian universities. The results also found that there are statistically significant differences in leadership with love that are attributed to the faculty and in favor of a faculty member in the Humanities College, and there are no significant differences a statistic in leadership with love attributed to the academic rank, and the presence of statistically significant differences in leadership in love was in favor of the female faculty member.
