هدف البحث إلى وضع آليات مقترحة لتنمية رأس المال المهني للمعلمين في المدرسة الإبتدائية، وفي سبيل ذلك قدم البحث تحليلا لنموذج رأس المال المهني وتحليل مكوناته وأبعاده، واستعرض بعض الجهود التي تدعم تنمية رأس المال المهني للمعلمين في المدرسة الإبتدائية في مصر. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم بناء استبانة لمعرفة واقع توافر رأس المال المهني للمعلمين، ومعوقات تحقيقه، وتم توزيعها على عينة استطلاعية عشوائية بلغت (192) معلما للتحقق من الشروط السيكومترية للاستبانة، وعينة أساسية عشوائية بلغت (627) من المعلمين والمديرين في محافظة المنيا، وباستخراج المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار "ت" لعينتين مستقليتين " Independent Samples T-Test ". وتوصلت الدراسة إلى الآتي: جاءت تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول واقع توافر أبعاد رأس المال المهني للمعلمين بالمدرسة الإبتدائية في محافظة المنيا بدرجة متوسطة، وحصلت جميع الأبعاد على درجة متوسطة عدا بعدي التعاون المهني، والتنمية المهنية المتمركزة حول المعلم حصلا على درجة منخفضة، وحصلت المعوقات التنظيمية على درجة مرتفعة بينما حصلت المعوقات الفردية على درجة متوسطة. كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05≤α) في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع توافر رأس المال المهني للمعلمين بالمدرسة الإبتدائية في محافظة المنيا تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور، ولمتغير الوظيفة لصالح المديرين، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية طبقا لمتغير الخبرة. وبناء على نتائج الدراسة التحليلية والدراسة الميدانية قدم الباحث مجموعة من الآليات لتوفير الظروف الداعمة لتنمية رأس المال المهني للمعلمين، وكذلك الآليات المقترحة لتنمية مكوناته الثلاث: رأس المال البشري، ورأس المال الاجتماعي، ورأس المال القراري. The research aims at developing a set of mechanisms for developing primary school teachers' professional capital. For this purpose, the study analyzed the model of professional capital and its components and dimensions and reviewed some efforts that support the developing of professional capital for teachers in the primary school in Egypt. The study adopted a descriptive approach to achieve the objectives of the research. A questionnaire was constructed to investigate the reality of the availability of professional capital for teachers and the obstacles to achieve it. The questionnaire was distributed to random sample of (192) teachers to verify the psychometric characteristics of the questionnaire, and a random sample of (627). The research also used mean scores and standard deviations independent samples t-test. The findings revealed the availability of the dimensions of the professional capital to teachers in the primary school in Minia governorate with a medium degree. This with the exception of dimension and professional cooperation and professional development based on the teacher as the degree of availability was low. The organization obstacles were high in degree, while the individual obstacles was with a moderate degree. The findings also revealed a significant difference at the level of (0.05) with regard to the availability of professional capital for teachers in primary schools in Minia governorate due to gender variable in favor of males and managers. There were no statistically significant differences according to the experience variable. Based on the findings of the analytical study and the field study, the researcher presented a set of mechanisms to provide supportive conditions for the development of professional capital for teachers, as well as proposed mechanisms for the development of its three components: human capital, social capital and decisional capital.
