هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف على أهم معوقات التأهيل التربوي للأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المؤسسات التعليمية العادية عامة، والمدرسة الابتدائية خاصة كمؤسسة تربوية تعليمية أولى تحتضن الطفل بعد بيئته الأولى (الأسرة) وذلك من خلال عملية الدمج، فمع زيادة نسبة المعاقين في كل الفئات في المجتمع، وفي فئة الأطفال، خاصة المتمدرسين منهم، ظهرت ضرورة تكاتف جميع المؤسسات التربوية والتشريعية من أجل العمل على إنجاح عملية تأهيل ودمج فئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المدارس العادية لم لها من فوائد على الطفل المعاق وأسرته والمجتمع ككل، إلا أن هذه العملية لاقت ومنذ بداية تنفيذها العديد من المعيقات المعنوية والمادية على جميع المستويات والأطراف المعنية بها، بداية بالطفل وأسرته وصولا للمعلمين والمدراء بالمدارس العادية. The present study aimed at detecting the most important obstacles of educational rehabilitation for children with special needs in ordinary educational institutions in general With the increase in the proportion of persons with disabilities in all groups in society, and in the category of children - especially teachers –The need for all educational and legislative institutions to unite in order to ensure the success of the process of rehabilitation and integration of people with special needs in ordinary schools has not benefited the disabled child, his family and society as a whole.
