هدف البحث إلى معرفة العلاقة بين مركز الضبط (الداخلي والخارجي) وجودة الحياة لدى معلمات الروضة في محافظة إب. اعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدام مقياس مركز الضبط لروتر، ومقياس جودة الحياة. تكونت العينة من (44) معلمة روضة. وأشارت النتائج إلى شيوع مركز الضبط الخارجي لدى معلمات الروضة بمتوسط قدره (9.035)، وارتفاع مستوى جودة الحياة لدى معلمات الروضة. كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيا بين مركز الضبط وجودة الحياة. This research aimed at investigating the nature of the relationship between the locus of control (internal and external) and quality of life among kindergarten teachers in Ibb governorate. The two researchers employed the descriptive method. To achieve the aims of the research, Rotter’s locus of control scale and quality of life scale were used, the sample of the research consisted of (44) female teachers. The results of the research indicated that the locus of external control among kindergarten teachers was common with a mean of (9.035), and the level of quality of life was high. In addition, there was a negative relationship with a statistical significance between the locus of control and quality of life. (Published abstract)
