هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على فاعلية التعليم الهجين في تحقيق ملمح تخرج الطالب الجزائري خلال فترة جائحة كورونا. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبيان واقع التعليم الهجين (إعداد الباحثين) وتطبيقه على عينة من أساتذة الجامعات للوقوف على جدية وفعالية الاستراتيجيات المتبعة فيه. توصلت الدراسة أن للتعليم الهجين فاعلية متوسطة في تحقيق ملمح تخرج الطالب الجامعي الجزائري، وجاءت اتجاهات الأساتذة نحو استخدامه بالجامعة سلبية رغم امتلاكهم المهارات اللازمة لتطبيقه، كما أن التعليم عن بعد المعتمد خلال فترة جائحة كورونا لا يحقق الأهداف المرجوة من وجهة نظرهم، وأن البروتوكول الصحي المعتمد في التدريس الحضوري خلال هذه الفترة ناجع ويفي بالغرض. وفي الأخير اقترح الباحثان حلولا لتجاوز العقبات والصعوبات التي تؤثر على سير العملية التدريسية. The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of hybrid education in achieving the graduation feature of the Algerian student during the Corona pandemic period. The study found that hybrid education has a medium effectiveness in achieving the graduation feature of the Algerian university student, and the professors’ attitudes towards its use at the university were negative despite having the skills necessary to implement it, and that distance education approved during the Corona pandemic period doesn’t achieve the desired goals from their point of view, and that the health protocol The approved teaching in attendance during this period is effective and adequate. Finally, the researchers suggested solutions to overcome the obstacles and difficulties that affect the course of the teaching process. (Published abstract)
