تهدف الدراسة إلى اقتراح برنامج تدريبي موجه للمربيات القائمين على رياض الأطفال، وذلك قصد تمكينهم من استخدام آلية الدراما الإبداعية بهدف تنمية التفكير الإبداعي عند الأطفال؛ على اعتبار أن الدراما الإبداعية أسلوب فني أو نشاط يمكّن الأطفال من التعبير عن ذواتهم في تلقائية مبدعة تقودهم وتوجههم إلى استخدام التفكير والخبرات والخيال للعمل في خلية إنتاجية، من خلال تقديم كل واحد منهم أحسن ما عنده، حيث لا يحتاج هذا النشاط إلى نصوص معدة مسبقا، بل كل ما يحتاجه هو فكرة أو قصة لإبداع دراما تلقائية تحتوي على شخصيات وحوار وأحداث. The current study aims to propose a training programme aimed at kindergarten-based nannies, in order to enable them to use the creative drama mechanism with a view to developing creative thinking in children; given that creative drama is an artistic technique or activity that enables children to express themselves in a creative automatism that leads them to use thinking, experience and imagination to work in a productive cell, by providing each of them the best of their ability. this activity does not require pre-prepared texts, but only an idea or a story to create a spontaneous drama with characters, dialogue and events.
