تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لإدارة المعرفة الجامعية لاستدامة الموارد المالية للجامعات المصرية وذلك وفق التوجهات العامة للدولة، ولتحقيق ذلك ألقت الدراسة الضوء على الإطار المفاهيمي لإدارة المعرفة، وطبيعته، مع تبيان الأسس النظرية لإدارة المعرفة بالجامعات، وتوضيح الإطار المفاهيمي للاستدامة المالية بالجامعات، بالإضافة إلى إلقاء الضوء على أبرز تطبيقات مدخل إدارة المعرفة كمدخل لتعزيز الاستدامة المالية بالجامعات، وتوضيح الجهود المصرية في مجال إدارة المعرفة كمدخل لتعزيز الاستدامة المالية بالجامعات، وأخيرا وضع التصور المقترح لإدارة المعرفة كمدخل لتعزيز الاستدامة المالية بالجامعات المصرية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. وفي ضوء ما سبق، قدمت الدراسة تصورا مقترحا لإدارة المعرفة الجامعية تضمن المنطلقات التي يستند إليها التصور المقترح، والأطراف المستفيدة منه، وأهداف التصور المقترح وجوانبه، وآليات تنفيذه وآليات متابعته وتقويمه. The present study aims at presenting a proposed vision for the management of university knowledge for the sustainability of the financial resources of the Egyptian universities in accordance with the general orientations. To this end, the study sheds light on the conceptual framework of knowledge management, the conceptual framework for financial sustainability in universities, in addition to highlighting the main applications of the knowledge management portal as a means to enhance financial sustainability in universities, and to clarify the Egyptian efforts in the field of knowledge management as an input to enhance financial sustainability in universities. In this light, the study presented a proposed vision for the management of university knowledge, which includes the basis of the proposed scenario, its beneficiaries, the objectives and aspects of the proposed vision, the mechanisms of its implementation and its follow-up mechanisms and its evaluation.
