تشكل الحياة الجامعية الدراسية بجوانبها المتعددة: أكاديمية، واجتماعية، وإدارية مصادر شتى للضغوط والمواقف التي قد يتعرض لها الطلاب عموما وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة على وجه الخصوص أثناء دراستهم الجامعية، ولا شك أن هناك احتياجات للطلاب في الحياة الجامعية الدراسية، الأمر الذي يكون له أكبر الأثر في مدى نجاحهم الأكاديمي، وبالتالي تمثل تلبية احتياجات الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة عاملاً أساسياً في تحسين تكيفهم، ونجاحهم الأكاديمي والتعامل في المواقف الحياتية المختلفة. ويمثل الطلاب ذوو الإعاقة تحدياً للجامعات؛ حيث يزداد سنوياً عدد الطلاب الجامعيين ذوي الإعاقة في العديد من البلدان، وترتبط عملية دمجهم بالجامعات ببعض الأسئلة التي تساعد على تفسير هذا التغيير في الإحصائيات، وخاصة المرتبطة بتطوير التشريعات التي تعترف بهذا الحق، وكذلك تنفيذ الممارسات التعليمية الشاملة، وإدماج التكنولوجيات الجديدة، وإنشاء خدمات الدعم الجامعي للطلاب ذوي الإعاقة. ويتمحور الهدف الأساسي من هذا البحث في محاولة التوصل لمجموعة من المتطلبات الإدارية اللازمة لدمج الطلاب ذوd الإعاقات السمعية بكلية التربية النوعية- جامعة عين شمس ثم التوصل إلى مجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة للوفاء بهذه المتطلبات. وفي سبيل التوصل لذلك استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي Descriptive Methodology؛ باعتباره المنهج المناسب لطبيعة الموضوع، كما يستخدم البحث الاستبيان كأداة بحثية؛ بهدف التعرف على مدى توافر المتطلبات الإدارية لدمج الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة السمعية بكلية التربية النوعية جامعة عين شمس. هذا وقد توصل البحث إلى قائمة بالمتطلبات الإدارية (الفكرية - التنظيمية - التدريبية - القيادية - التكنولوجية)؛ لدمج الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة السمعية بكلية التربية النوعية جامعة عين شمس، إضافة إلى مجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة للوفاء بهذه المتطلبات. The instructional academic life with its various academic, social, and administrative aspects shapes diverse sources of stress and situations which may face students generally and students with special needs particularly during their academic study, and there is no doubt that these students have needs in the instructional academic life which have a great effect in achieving their academic success, so satisfying or meeting the needs of students of special needs is considered a basic factor in improving their adaptation, academic success, and dealing with different life situations. University student with special needs are considered a challenge for universities, whereas their number is increased annually in various countries, also the process of their integration is connected with some questions which helps in explaining this change in statistics which related especially to the development of legislations that acknowledge this right, and the implementation of comprehensive educational practices, the integration of new technologies, and providing the academic support services for students with special needs. Thus, the main goal of this research is centered in an attempt to reach a group of administrative requirements to include deaf students at Faculty of Specific Education- Ain Shams University, then reach to a group of suggested procedures to meet these requirements. To achieve this goal the research depended on the descriptive methodology as it is a suitable methodology to the research nature, the research also uses the questioner as a tool to recognize the availability of these administrative requirements to include deaf students at Faculty of Specific Education - Ain Shams University. The research reached to a list of administrative requirements (intellectual - organizational - training - leadership - technological), to include deaf students at faculty of Specific Education - Ain Shams University. In addition to a group of suggested procedures to meet these requirements. (Published abstract)
