هدفت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن واقع تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة بكليات التربية بالجامعات السودانية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بولاية الخرطوم، اتبع الباحثون في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وشمل مجتمع الدراسة 300 عضو هيئة تدريس، اختار الباحثون عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغت 50 عضو هيئة تدريس. ولجمع البيانات استخدم الباحثون أداة الاستبانة والمقابلة، ولتحليل البيانات استخدم الباحثون برنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS. وتوصل الباحث إلى العديد من النتائج؛ أهمها: سعي كليات التربية لتفعيل دور الطلاب وإشراكهم في عمليات التعليم والتعلم، تهتم كليات التربية بتدريب منسوبيها وتقويم أَدائهم، ضعف الاهتمام بتطوير المناهج ومحتوى المواد الدراسية بما يتناسب مع الاتجاهات الحديثة للتعليم، وكذلك عدم وجود اَلية تقويم شاملة للمناهج الدراسية، جامعة الخرطوم أكثر تطبيقا للجودة من جامعتي أم درمان الإسلامية والزعيم الأزهري. في ضوء هذه النتائج أوصى الباحثون بالاهتمام بتطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في كليات التربية، والاهتمام بشئون الطلاب في كافة المجالات، ووضع برامج ثابتة لتأهيل عضو هيئة التدريس، وضرورة تحديث المناهج الدراسية، وإيجاد اَلية تقويم شاملة للمناهج. This study aimed to discover the application of total quality administration the teaching staff point of view in Khartoum state. This researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The population of the study included 300 teaching staff. The researchers chose a random sample of 50 teaching staff member. For data collating the researchers used an interview and questionnaire, and for data analysis the researcher used SPSS. The researchers found has come to a many findings, the most important are: Faculties of Education are seeking to activate student’s role and their participation in learning and teaching processes, faculties of education interest to train their staff members. And evaluate their performance. And there is the weakness in paying attention to improve the curriculum and the content of teaching subjects to cope with modern trends of learning. Also, there is no comprehensive evaluating tool to the teaching curriculum. University of Khartoum applies quality standards more than Omdurman Islamic University and Elzaim Alazhari University. In the light of these results, the researchers recommended: applying total quality standards in facilities of education, also great attention should be paid to the student’s affair in all perspectives, preparing continued programs to teaching staff members qualification, it is necessity to update curriculum. There should be a tool for comprehensive evaluation for the curriculum. (Published abstract)
