تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الصحة النفسية للمدرس ودافعيته للإنجاز ودراسة الفروق في الصحة النفسية وكذلك الدافعية للإنجاز حسب متغير الجنس والأقدمية للمدرسين وتمت الدراسة على عينة (87) من المدرسين بمتوسطتين وثانوية دائرة بن إبراهيم مصطفى بولاية سيدي بلعباس. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في موضوع الدراسة واستعملت أداتين يجمع البيانات، مقياس كورنال للصحة النفسية ومقياس الدافعية للإنجاز وتمثلت الأساليب المستخدمة في الدراسة فيما يلي: التكرارات و النسب المئوية، المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، معامل الارتباط بيرسون، إختبارت للفروق. وتوصلت النتائج إلى: 1) أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الصحة النفسية والدافعية للإنجاز لدى المدرسين، 2) كما لا توجد فروق في الصحة النفسية للإنجاز للمدرستي حسب متغير الجنس والأقدمية لديهم. 3) لا توجد فروق في الدافعية للإنجاز حسب متغير الجنس. 4) توجد فروق في الدافعية للإنجاز حسب متغير الأقدمية. The aim of this study was to identify the relationship between teacher mental health and motivation for achievement, as well as to study differences in mental health, the motivation for achievement according to teachers’ sex and seniority variables. The study was conducted on a sample of 87 teachers from two middle schools and one high school in Ben Ibrahim Mustafa department in Sidi Bel Abbes Wilaya. The study was conducted with an analytical method, using the following two collect data tools: the Cornell Institute of Mental Health and the motivation for achievement measures. The methods used in the study were the following: frequencies and percentages, mean and standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficient. The research outcomes are as follows: 1) There is a correlation between mental health and motivation for achievement among teachers. 2) However, there are no differences in mental health with regards to teacher achievement according to gender variable and seniority. 3) There are no differences in motivation for achievement by sex variable, 4) but there are differences in motivation for achievement according to the seniority variable.
