هدف البحث إلى محاولة التعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه معايير الاعتماد الصادرة عن الهيئة القومية لضمان جودة التعليم والاعتماد في تحسين وتعزيز القدرة التنافسية للمدارس الابتدائية المعتمدة، حيث يعتبر تحقيق قدرة تنافسية في المؤسسات التعليمية بصفة عامة والمدارس الابتدائية المعتمدة خاصة هو الهدف الأساسي للهيئة القومية لضمان جودة التعليم والاعتماد، حيث يعد التعليم الابتدائي من أهم المراحل التعليمية إذ يعتبر الأساس والركيزة التي ترتكز عليها باقي المراحل التعليمية. لذلك فإن تحسين وتعزيز القدرة التنافسية في المدارس الابتدائية هو صمام أمان لنجاح وتطوير التعليم الابتدائي، وما يليه من مراحل تعليمية، ولهذا جاء من أهداف رؤية مصر 2030 أولا اعتماد (60%) من مدارس التعليم العام بما فيها مدارس التعليم الابتدائي بحلول عام 2030 من أجل تحقيق قدرة تنافسية عالية للتعليم العام المصري، ودخول مصر التصنيفات العالمية للتعليم مرة أخرى. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود العديد من المعايير والمقومات التي تسهم في تحقيق قدرة تنافسية في المدارس الابتدائية المعتمدة إذا تم دعمها، بالإضافة إلى وجود بعض المعوقات التي يمكن التغلب عليها من خلال وضع استراتيجية مقترحة لتحسين القدرة التنافسية للمدارس الابتدائية المعتمدة بمحافظة سوهاج باستخدام التحليل البيئي. The paper aims to try to identified the role of accreditation standards issued by the national authority for quality assurance education and accreditation of education in improving and enhancing the competitiveness of accredited primary schools, as achieving a competitive capacity in educational institutions in general and accredited primary schools in particular is the primary goal of the national authority to ensure the quality of education and accreditation, where primary education is one of the most important stages of education as it is considered the basis and the pillar upon which the rest of the educational stages. Therefore, improving and enhancing competitiveness in primary schools is a safety valve for the success and development of primary education, And the following stages of education, and for this came from the goals of Egypt's Vision 2030: First, to adopt (60%) of public education schools, including primary education schools, by 2030 in order to achieve a highly competitive Egyptian public education, Egypt will enter the global rankings for education again. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of many criteria and ingredients that contribute to achieving a competitive ability in accredited primary schools if they are supported. In addition to the presence of some obstacles that can be overcome by setting a proposed strategy to improve the competitiveness of accredited primary schools in Sohag Governorate using environmental analysis.
