هدف البحث إلى تحديد الكفايات المهنية اللازمة لمعلمات رياض الأطفال، تصميم برنامج تدريبي إلكتروني لتطوير الكفايات المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال، والتعرف علي فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في تطوير كفايات التخطيط، التدريس، المعلم المتواصل، وتكونت عينة البحث: (60) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال بالمدارس الخاصة والرسمية بمجموعة من مديريات التربية والتعليم بوزارة التربية والتعليم بمصر، وتضمنت أدوات ومواد البحث: اختبار التحصيلي المعرفي للكفايات المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال (إعداد الباحثة)، بطاقة التقييم الأدائية للكفايات المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال (إعداد الباحثة)، سيناريو المحتوى التدريبي (إعداد الباحثة)، البرنامج التدريبي الإلكتروني (إعداد الباحثة)، وأظهرت نتائج البحث: بعد تطبيق البرنامج على العينة التجريبية تأكد حدوث تنمية واضحة لأداءات معلمات المجموعة التجريبية محل البحث من خلال احتساب الفرق في أداء المعلمات (القبلي - البعدي) على التحصيل المعرفي والأدائي من خلال الاختبار التحصيلي المعرفي، قبل تنفيذ البرنامج وبعده لصالح التطبيق البعدي. The aim of the current research is to determine the professional competencies necessary for kindergarten teachers, design an electronic training program to develop the professional competencies of kindergarten teachers, and identify the effectiveness of the proposed program in developing the competencies of planning, teaching, and continuing teacher, and the research sample consisted of (60) teachers from Kindergarten teachers in private and public schools in a group of education directorates in the Ministry of Education in Egypt, and the research tools and materials included: a cognitive achievement test for the professional competencies of kindergarten teachers (the researcher preparation), a performance evaluation card for the professional competencies of kindergarten teachers (the researcher preparation), the training content scenario (Researcher preparation), electronic training program (researcher preparation), and the results of the research showed: After applying the program to the experimental sample, a clear development of the performance of the parameters of the experimental group in question was confirmed by calculating the difference in the performance of the parameters (pre-post) on cognitive and performance achievement through The cognitive achievement test, before and after the implementation of the program, in favor of the post application.
