This study aims to identify the level of quality of student teachers in the faculties of education in Palestinian universities from the point of view of field supervisors. The study also aims to show whether there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) between the sample’s average estimates of the level of quality of student teachers in the faculties of education in Palestinian universities due to the variables of gender, specialization, university, number of years of service, title of the field supervisor, and academic degree. The study also seeks to suggest ways to enhance the level of quality of student teachers in the faculties of education in Palestinian universities. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, using the questionnaire tool, which consisted of (47) items distributed in three fields: planning and preparing lessons, implementing lessons, and evaluation, in addition to an open-ended question to elicit ideas about ways to enhance the level of quality of student teachers in education faculties in Palestinian universities. The actual sample of the study consisted of (157) male and female field supervisors in Palestinian universities at a rate of (71.36%) of the original study population. The data was analyzed using the SPSS statistical program. Among the most important results of the study are the following: 1) The level of quality of student teachers in the faculties of education in Palestinian universities from the field supervisors’ perspective obtained a large degree at a relative weight of (74.36%). The field of evaluation came in the first place at a rate of (75.48%), and the field of implementing lessons followed at a rate of (74.06%). The field of planning and preparation of lessons finally came to a rate of (73.56%). 2) There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the respondents' average responses about the level of quality of student teachers in the faculties of education in Palestinian universities due to the variables of gender, specialization, university, number of years of service, title of the field supervisor, and scientific degree. The most important recommendations of the study are as follows: 1) Increasing field training hours to be distributed over the third and fourth academic years to increase the opportunity for the student teacher to better interact with the school environment. 2) Enhancing educational courses with practical aspects to train student teachers on planning and preparing good lessons, and on the requirements for implementing lessons in addition to evaluation. 3) Holding specialized training courses and workshops in the field of planning, preparing lessons, implementing lessons and evaluation within a group of mandatory courses for students of the faculties of education.
