هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ظاهرة العنف الطلابي والمعوقات التي تواجه إدارة المدرسة الثانوية الصناعية في مواجهة ظاهرة العنف الطلابي والتوصل لوسائل حل المعوقات التي تواجه الإدارة المدرسية في مواجهة ظاهرة العنف الطلابي. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي والاستبانة كأداة للدراسة. وكان من أبرز النتائج: 1) تحقق الواقع الفعلي لحث مدير المدرسة المجتمع المدرسي على وضع الخطط لعلاج مشكلات العنف الطلابي حيث تشير استجابات أفراد العينة إلى تحقق هذا الهدف بوزن نسبي (2.65) ومتوسط شدة الاستجابة (0.88). 2) مشاركة وكيل المدرسة في تكريم الطلاب ذوي السلوكيات الإيجابية والمتميزين أخلاقيا مثل مناسبات التكريم للمتميزين أخلاقيا، والتي يقوم بتنظيمها الأخصائي الاجتماعي من حين لآخر حيث تشير استجابات العينة إلى تحقق هذا الهدف بوزن نسبي (2.40) ، ومتوسط نسبة استجابة (0.80). 3) يشجع المعلم الأول الطلاب على الدراسة وقضاء أوقات فراغهم في أنشطة نافعة ومفيدة من خلال تشجيع المعلم الأول الطلاب على الدراسة واستذكار الدروس، وتوجيههم إلى قضاء أوقاتهم فيما يفيد حيث تشير استجابات العينة إلى تحقق هذا الهدف بوزن نسبي (2.72)، ومتوسط نسبة استجابة (0.91). 4) وضع الأخصائي الاجتماعي للخطط لمواجهة العنف الطلابي بالمدرسة لأنه من السهل وضع الخطط لمواجهة العنف الطلابي حيث تشير استجابات العينة إلى تحقق هذا الهدف بوزن نسبي (2.25)، ومتوسط نسبة استجابة (0.75). 5) أما بالنسبة لدور الأخصائي النفسي فيقوم بالتوجيه الفردي والجمعي للطلاب حيث تشير استجابات العينة إلى تحقيق هذا الهدف بوزن نسبي (2,12)، ومتوسط نسبة استجابة (0,71). 6) كما تبين الدراسة معاناة إدارة المدرسة من ضعف مشاركة أولياء أمور الطلاب في برامج الإرشاد والتوجيه والتوعية التي تعقدها المدرسة لأبنائهم حيث تشير استجابات العينة إلى تحقق هذا الهدف بوزن نسبي (3,04)، ومتوسط نسبة استجابة (1). 7) كما أثبتت الدراسة قيام إدارة المدرسة بتطبيق مبدأ الثواب والعقاب التربوي مع الطلاب من خلال بتطبيق مبدأ الثواب والعقاب التربوي مع الطلاب حيث تشير استجابات العينة إلى تحقيق هذا الهدف بوزن نسبي (2,55)، ومتوسط نسبة استجابة (0,85). This study dealt with "the obstacles of managing the industrial secondary school in facing student violence and ways to solve it" and aimed at identifying the reality of the phenomenon of student violence and the obstacles facing the management of the industrial secondary school in facing the phenomenon of student violence and reaching ways to solve the obstacles facing the school administration in facing the phenomenon of student violence. The researcher used in his study the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a tool for the study. One of the most prominent results of the study: 1) The actual reality has been achieved to urge the school principal to develop the school community to develop plans to address student violence problems. The responses of the sample indicate that this goal was achieved with a relative weight (2.65) and the average response intensity (0.88). 2) The school representative participates in honoring students with positive and morally distinguished behaviors such as honorary events for the morally distinguished, which are organized by the social worker from time to time as the responses of the sample indicate that this goal has been achieved with a relative weight (2.40) and an average response rate (0.80). 3) The first teacher also encourages students to study and spend their free time in useful and beneficial activities by encouraging the first teacher to study and recall lessons, and direct them to spend their time benefiting as the sample responses indicate that this goal has been achieved with a relative weight (2.72), and the average response rate (0.91). 4) The social worker also developed plans to address student violence in the school because it is easy to develop plans to address student violence, as the sample responses indicate that this goal has been achieved with a relative weight (2.25) and an average response rate (0.75). 5) As for the role of the psychologist, he performs individual and group guidance for students, where the responses of the sample indicate that this goal has been achieved with a relative weight (2.12) and an average response rate (0.71). 6) The study also showed that the school administration suffers from the weak participation of students ’parents in the school’s counseling, mentoring and awareness programs for their children, where the responses of the sample indicate that this goal has been achieved with a relative weight (3.04) and the average response rate (1). 7) The study also demonstrated that the school administration applied the principle of educational reward and punishment with students by applying the principle of educational reward and punishment with students, where the responses of the sample indicate that this goal has been achieved with a relative weight (2.55), and the average response rate (0.85).
