هدف البحث إلى التعرف على علاقة التشريع المصري بالحصانة الأكاديمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات المصرية، والتعرف على مقومات الحصانة الأكاديمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف مر البحث بمجموعة من الإجراءات، تمثلت في إعداد إطار نظري وميداني شملا على تحديد أهم مقومات الحصانة الأكاديمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس وتحديد بعض التشريعات المصرية المنظمة للعمل الجامعي، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وإجراء مقابلة وتطبيق استبانة على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة سوهاج والسادة القادة والإداريين. وكشفت نتائج البحث الحالي عن مجموعة من المقومات لتحقيق وإقرار الحصانة الأكاديمية أهمها: إنشاء وحدات تطالب بحقوق أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وصياغة مواد دستورية تنص بشكل صريح على الحصانة الأكاديمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، ووجود ضوابط لممارسة الحصانة الأكاديمية لممارستها بأمان، وتحقيق الاستقلال الإداري والحرية الأكاديمية في الجامعات المصرية، وعقد المؤتمرات والندوات التي توضح أهمية الحصانة الأكاديمية وتطالب بها والوعي الكامل للمسئولين عن تطوير منظومة التعليم الجامعي بأهمية الحصانة الأكاديمية. The goal of the research to identify the relationship of Egyptian legislation to the academic immunity of faculty members and to identify the elements of academic immunity of faculty members, and to achieve this goal the research went through a series of procedures, consisting in the preparation of a theoretical and field framework that included identifying the most important elements of academic immunity for faculty members, and identifying some Egyptian legislation regulating university work, and was using the descriptive curriculum, conducting an interview and applying a questionnaire to a sample of faculty members at Sohag University and leaders and administrators. The results of the current research revealed a set of elements to achieve and establish academic immunity, the most important of which are: Create units that demand the rights of faculty members ‘Drafting constitutional articles expressly providing for academic immunity for faculty members'.
