هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية في مدارس محو الأمية بمدينة مكة المكرمة في المحاور الثلاثة (إدارة شؤون المعلمات، إدارة شؤون الطالبات، وإدارة موارد المدرسة) من وجهة نظر المديرات. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي. تمثلت الأداة في استبانة مكونة من (38) عبارة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور: إدارة شؤون المعلمات، وإدارة شؤون الطالبات، وإدارة موارد المدرسة. طبقت الدراسة على مجتمع الدراسة المكون من (70) مديرة لمدارس محو الأمية بمدينة مكة المكرمة، وذلك بعد فقد واستبعاد خمس استبانات. استخدمت المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لتحديد درجة الاستخدام، وتحليل التباين الأحادي لحساب الفروق تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة، واختبار شيفيه لتحديد اتجاه الفروق. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) واقع استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية في مدارس محو الأمية بمدينة مكة المكرمة من وجهة نظر مديرات المدارس كان بدرجة عالية على الأداة ككل، وكذلك في محوري إدارة شؤون المعلمات وإدارة شؤون الطالبات، بينما كان بدرجة متوسطة في محور إدارة موارد المدارس. 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤0.05) بين استجابات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة حول واقع استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية في مدارس محو الأمية بمدينة مكة المكرمة تعزى لاختلاف عدد سنوات الخبرة، أو لاختلاف عدد الدورات التدريبية، بينما وجدت فروق تعزى لاختلاف المؤهل العلمي في محور إدارة شؤون الطالبات لصالح المؤهلات الأخرى (معهد المعلمات، والكلية المتوسطة). أوصت الدراسة بتوطين التدريب بالمدارس، والاستفادة من تقنيات الاتصال والشبكات الإلكترونية في التدريب عن بُعد داخل المدارس، ودمج الاتصال الإلكتروني ضمن برنامج الإدارة التربوية الموحد "نور"، وتصميم تطبيق اتصال للبرنامج يتيح استخدامه على أنظمة الويندوز والآبل ماكنتوش والأندرويد وواليندوزفون وiOS، تفعيل خصائص نقل المعلمات إلكترونيا، وإتاحة متابعة عمليات النقل من قبل المعلمات الكترونيا، تنظيم الأنشطة الطلابية إلكترونيا. The study aimed to identify the reality of the use of e-management in the schools of literacy in Makkah at the three areas, (female teachers affairs management, female students affairs management, and school resources management) from the viewpoint of female directors. The study followed the descriptive survey method. The tool was represented in the questionnaire consisting of (38) statement divided into three areas: female teachers affairs management, female students affairs management, and school resources management. The study was applied to population consisting of (70), of literacy schools directors in Makkah, after the exclusion of five questionnaires. Statistical methods: frequencies and percentages were used to describe the study population, the averages and standard deviations to determine the degree of use, test of variance analysis(f) to calculate the differences depending on the variables of the study, Scheffe test to determine the direction of the differences. The study found the following results: 1) the reality of the use of e-management in the schools of literacy in Makkah from the viewpoint of female directors was a high degree on the instrument as a whole, as well as in female teachers affairs management, female students affairs management, while moderately in the field of school resources management. 2) There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between members of the study community responses about the reality of the use of e-management in the schools of literacy in Makkah due to the difference in the number of years of experience, different number of training courses, while there are differences attributed to the eligible difference in the field of scientific management of student affairs for the benefit of other qualifications (female teachers institute, intermediate college). The study recommended the resettlement of training at schools, take the advantage of electronic telecommunication and networks technologies in distance training at schools, the integration of electronic telecommunication in the consolidated educational management program "NOOR" and design application to the program connection that allows its use on windows, apple, Macintosh android and windows phone, IOS windows systems, activating electronically transfer of female teachers, providing electronically follow-up for female teachers transfers, electronically organizing of student activities.
