هدف البحث إلى تنمية معارف أطفال الروضة ببعض العلماء العرب المعاصرين واتجاهاتهم نحو اختيار مهنة المستقبل من خلال برنامج قائم على التعلم بالنمذجة، حيث اشتملت مجموعة البحث على (25) طفلاً وطفلة من أطفال المستوى الثاني KG2 الملتحقين بروضة مدرسة عبد المجيد الجغيلي التابعة لإدارة الخارجة التعليمية. واستخدمت الباحثتان مجموعة تجريبية واحدة، وقد أعدتا اختبارا مصوراً لتعرف أطفال الروضة بالعلماء العرب المعاصرين، ومقياس اتجاهات الأطفال نحو اختيار مهنة المستقبل، وتم التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما وتم تطبيقهما على الأطفال مجموعة البحث (قبليا) ثم تم تطبيق البرنامج القائم على التعلم بالنمذجة وثم تم تطبيقهما على الأطفال مجموعة البحث (بعدياً). وأوضحت النتائج وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات الأطفال مجموعة البحث لصالح التطبيق البعدي في كل منهما، كما بينت النتائج أن حجم الأثر وقوة التأثير الناتج عن استخدام البرنامج في تجربة البحث كان كبيراً مما يؤكد فاعليته في تنمية معارف أطفال الروضة ببعض العلماء العرب المعاصرين واتجاهاتهم نحو اختيار مهنة المستقبل. The aim of the research is to develop kindergarten children’s knowledge of some contemporary Arab scholars and their attitudes towards choosing a future profession through a program based on learning by modeling. The research group included (25) male and female children of the second level KG2 enrolled in the kindergarten of Abdul Majeed Al-Jugaili school of the Kharga educational administration. The researchers used one experimental group, and they prepared a photographed test to familiarize kindergarten children with contemporary Arab scientists, and a scale for children's attitudes towards choosing a future profession. Validity and stability of the scales were confirmed. The scales were applied to the children of the research group (pre-) then the program based on learning by modeling was applied. They applied them to the children of the research group (dimensionally). The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the children of the research group in favor of the dimensional application in each of them. The results also showed that the effect size and the strength of the effect resulting from the use of the program in the research experience was great, which confirms its effectiveness in developing kindergarten children's knowledge of some contemporary Arab scientists and their attitudes towards choosing a future profession.
