هدفت الدراسة الى عرض ملامح الاقتصاد المعرفي لكليات التربية للطفولة المبكرة وعرض الإطار الفكري والفلسفي لمفهوم القدرة التنافسية ومكوناتها في التعليم في مرحلة رياض الأطفال التعرف على واقع الاقتصاد المعرفي لكليات التربية للطفولة المبكرة وضع تصور مقترح لتنمية دور الاقتصاد المعرفي في تحقيق التنافسية لكليات التربية للطفولة المبكرة، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدم الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة الميدانية، وبلغت العينة ككل (89) عضو من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية للطفولة المبكرة بجامعات اسيوط والمنيا والقاهرة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى اهمها أجماع أفراد العينة على أن واقع الاقتصاد المعرفي لكليات التربية للطفولة المبكرة كان متوسطا، الأمر الذي يتطلب بذل المزيد من الجهد لتنمية دور الاقتصاد المعرفي في تحقيق التنافسية لكليات التربية للطفولة المبكرة. The study aimed to present the features of the knowledge economy of early childhood education colleges and present the intellectual and philosophical framework for the concept of competitiveness and its components in education in the kindergarten stage. Identify the reality of the knowledge economy for early childhood education colleges and develop a proposed concept for developing the role of the knowledge economy in achieving competitiveness for early childhood education colleges. The researcher used the descriptive approach, as he used the questionnaire as a tool for field study, and the sample totaled (89) members of the teaching staff in the faculties of early childhood education in the Universities of Assiut, Minya and Cairo. The study reached several results, the most important of which are the following: the sample members agreed that the reality of the knowledge economy for early childhood education colleges was moderate, which requires more effort to develop the role of the knowledge economy in achieving the competitiveness of early childhood education colleges.
