هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تعليم ريادة الأعمال في تنمية ثقافة العمل الحرّ لدى طلاب وخريجي تخصّص الإدارة العامة في جامعة حائل، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي؛ لمناسبته لهذا النوع من الدراسة، واستخدمت الدراسة أداتي الاستبانة والمقابلة، وطبّقت الدراسة على طلاب وخرّيجي تخصّص الإدارة العامة في جامعة حائل. وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بلغت (212) فردا باستخدام أداة الاستبانة، کما طبّقت أداة المقابلة مع مجموعة من الخبراء في الإدارة التربوية وريادة الأعمال بلغ عددهم (10) خبراء، وتوصّلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: أن تقديرات عينة الدراسة حول دور تعليم ريادة الأعمال في تنمية ثقافة العمل الحرّ لدى طلاب الإدارة العامة وخرّيجيها في جامعة حائل؛ جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وأن أهم المعوّقات التي تحدّ من تفعيل دور تعليم ريادة الأعمال في تنمية ثقافة العمل الحرّ لدى الطلاب والخريجين؛ کانت: وجود اعتقاد ثقافي لدى الطلاب بأهمية الوظيفة الحکومية؛ لأنها أکثر أمانا، واستخدام أساليب تقليدية في تدريس مقرر ريادة الأعمال کالمحاضرة والإلقاء. ومن أهم المقترحات التطويرية التي تسهم في تفعيل دور تعليم ريادة الأعمال في تنمية ثقافة العمل الحرّ لدى طلاب الإدارة العامة في جامعة حائل وخرّيجيها: عقد البرامج التدريبية والتثقيفية وورش العمل والندوات التوعوية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب؛ لزيادة الوعي لديهم بمفهوم ريادة الأعمال وأهمية العمل الحرّ. The study aimed to identify the role of entrepreneurship education in the development of culture of self-employment among students and graduates of who are majored in public administration at University of Ha’il. The study followed the descriptive survey method. Therefore, the study used a questionnaire and interviews to collect data. The study was applied to students and graduates who are majored in public administration. The study random sample was 212 students answered the questions of the questionnaire besides 10 of experts in educational administration and entrepreneurship who were interviewed. The findings of the study came to several points: For example, the role of entrepreneurship education in the development of the culture of self-employment among students and were in medium degree. Besides, employment culture of the students and graduates was one of the most important obstacles that limit the activation of the role of entrepreneurship education in the development of the culture of self-employment. Another finding was that the students and the graduates believe in the importance of the government job because it is safer. Also, they believe that the use of lecturing as a traditional method in teaching the entrepreneurship course was one of those obstacles. Holding training and educational programs, workshops and awareness seminars for faculty members was one of the most important development proposals of the study. Those programs, workshops, and seminars contribute to activate the role of entrepreneurship education in developing the culture of self-employment among the faculty members, the students, and the graduates who are majored in public administration major at University of Ha’il. These programs, workshops, and seminars increase awareness of the concept of entrepreneurship and the importance of self-employment among the faculty members, the students, and the graduates.
