يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الإطار النظري الذي يحكم مجتمعات التعلم الافتراضية مثل مفهومها ومبررات انتشارها وأهدافها وخصائصها، والإطار النظري الذي يحكم القيادة الافتراضية مثل مفهومها وأهميتها وأهدافها وكفايات القائد الافتراضي ومتطلبات تطبيقها ومعوقات التطبيق، ودور مدخل القيادة الافتراضية في إرساء ثقافة مجتمعات التعلم الافتراضية في المؤسسات التعليمية، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وأظهر البحث أن للقيادة الافتراضية دور هام في إرساء ثقافة مجتمعات التعلم الافتراضية في المؤسسات التعليمية، وذلك عن طريق عدة آليات منها الإفادة من شغف الطلاب باستخدام الانترنت والأجهزة المحمولة، وضرورة تزويد المعلمين بالأدوات والمهارات التكنولوجية اللازمة لمواكبة التطور التكنولوجي المتسارع. The current research aims to identify the theoretical framework that governs virtual learning communities, such as their concept, justifications for their spread, objectives and characteristics, and the theoretical framework that governs virtual leadership, such as its concept, importance, objectives, competencies of the virtual leader, requirements for their application and obstacles to application, and the role of the virtual leadership entrance in establishing the culture of virtual learning communities in institutions. The research used the descriptive approach, and the research showed that virtual leadership has an important role in establishing the culture of virtual learning communities in educational institutions, through several mechanisms, including benefiting from students’ passion for using the Internet and mobile devices, and the need to provide teachers with the necessary technological tools and skills to keep pace with the rapid technological development.
