يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تقديم معايير مقترحة لأداء موجهات رياض الأطفال لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في ضوء رؤية مصر المستدامة للتعليم 2030م، وإنتهج البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي لجمع المعلومات وتبويبها، واستخدم البحث الاستبانة. وتكونت الإستبانة من خمسة مجالات رئيسة تضم داخلها المعايير المقترحة وهي: مجال القيادة، مجال المتابعة والتقويم، مجال تفعيل المنهج وتطويره، مجال مجتمع التعلم، مجال التنمية المهنية، وطُبقت الأداة على عينة من الخبرات التربويين في مجال الطفولة المبكرة وموجهات رياض الأطفال عددهم (58). وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن: توجد فروق غير دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات آراء السادة الخبراء في تربية الطفل وموجهات رياض الأطفال حول معايير أداء موجهات رياض الأطفال لتحقيق القدرة التنافسية في ضوء رؤية التعليم في مصر 2030م؛ مما يؤكد موافقة أفراد العينة (الخبراء في مجال تربية الطفل والموجهات في رياض الأطفال) على المعايير المقترحة. The current research aims to evaluate the proposed performance standards of kindergarten supervisors for achieving the competitive advantage in light of Egypt's sustainable vision of education 2030. The research adopted the descriptive research approach to collect and classify information. For data collection, the researcher utilized a questionnaire consisted of five main domains within which included the proposed standards: the leadership domain, follow-up and evaluation domain, curricula activation and development domain, the learning community domain, and the professional development domain. The research tool was applied to a sample of (58) educational experts in the field of early childhood education and kindergarten supervisors. Research results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences between the means of the scores of the educational experts in the field of child education opinions and kindergarten supervisors regarding the performance standards of kindergarten supervisors for achieving the competitive advantage in light of Egypt's sustainable vision of education 2030. This, in turn, confirmed the approval of the research sample (experts in the field of child education and kindergarten supervisors on the proposed standards. (Published abstract)
