هدف البحث الحالي إلى التأكد من فعالية البرنامج لطالبات كلية التربية للطفولة في تنمية المسئولية الاجتماعية لدىهن، وتحديد مدي تغير سلوك الطالبات وتحملهم مسئولية ذاتهن ومجتمعهن. وقد اختيرت عينة البحث بصورة قصدية وتكونت من (160) وهن كل طالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة ببور سعيد بالفرقة الثالثة والرابعة، وتم استخدام مقياس المسئولية الاجتماعية إعداد الباحثة. وأشارت نتائج البحث إلى انه يوجد فروق داله إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي في مقياس المسئولية الإجتماعية والتفكير الإيجابي لصالح التطبيق البعدي وكانت من قيمة ت الجدولية والتى تساوي (2.63) عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 أي أنها دالة إحصائيا. كما أنه توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لصالح البعدي للمجموعة التجريبية في مقياس المسئولية الإجتماعية والتفكير الإيجابي. واستنادا إلى هذه النتائج يوصي البحث الحالي بضرورة تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي لتنمية مهارات المسئولية الإجتماعية للطالبات المعلمات، كما وجب ضرورة الاخذ في الاعتبار باستراتيجية التفكير الإيجابي لما له من أهمية قصوى في تعديل اتجاهات الطالبات وإقبالهم على الحياة عامة والحياة الأكاديمية خاصة، فقد تؤثر على إيجابيا على تطوير ذاتهن ومهاراتهن؛ مما قد يؤثر إيجابا على حالتهن النفسية، وإقبالهن على التعلم والحياة، وذلك في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030 والتي تهدف إلى التنمية المستدامة والرفع من شأن الوطن والمواطنين. The current research aims at investigating the effectiveness of a training program based on positive thinking strategy in developing social responsibility skills of Faculty of Early Childhood and examine the level of behavior changing and taking responsibility of themselves and their society. The sample of the research contains (160) students of Faculty of Early Childhood, Port Said University. The researcher developed a social responsibility scale. The results of the research revealed that there is statistically significant difference between the mean scores of pre and post application of the social responsibility scale and positive thinking in favor of the post application at T value equals (2.63) at the level 0.05 which means that it is significant. Also, there is statistically significant difference between the mean scores of pre and post application of the social responsibility scale and positive thinking in favor of the post application of the experimental group in favor of the post application. Regarding the results and Egypt vision 2030, the research recommended the importance of applying the current training program in developing social responsibility skills of student teachers. Also, positive thinking should be taken into consideration as it has many significant impacts on modifying students’ attitude toward life in general and academic life in specific. Positive thinking has positive affect on developing themselves and skills which may positively affect their psychological state. (Published abstract)
