هدفت الدراسة التعرف على مستوى الذكاء الناجح لدى طالبات كلية التربية قسم الطفولة المبكرة بالجامعة، بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن علاقته بكل من: التدفق النفسي والكفاءة الذاتية لديهن. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (195 طالبة) من طالبات الطفولة المبكرة بالجامعة. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتم استخدام الأدوات التالية: مقياس الذكاء الناجح، مقياس التدفق النفسي، مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج التالية: أن الطالبات بالجامعة بالطفولة المبكرة يتمتعن بمستوى مرتفع من الذكاء الناجح، توجد علاقة موجبة دالة احصائيا بين الذكاء الناجح والتدفق النفسي، والكفاءة الذاتية المدركة، والتحصيل الأكاديمي. The current study aims to identify the level of successful intelligence among female in early childhood education field in the university. In addition, the researcher aims to identify the relationship of successful intelligence, psychological flow and perceived self-efficacy and academic achievement among female students in early childhood education. The sample of the study consists of (195) female students in early childhood. The tools of the study are successful intelligence scale, psychological flow scale r, and perceived self-efficacy scale. The findings of the study reveal that: the early childhood student's education have successful intelligence average high, there is a statistically significant positive relationship between successful intelligence, the psychological flow and perceived self- efficacy. In addition, there is a statistically significant positive relationship between successful intelligence and academic achievement of female students. (Published abstract)
