استهدف البحث التعرف على واقع المشاركة بالمعرفة لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية العامة الحكومية بمحافظة المنوفية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، بغرض وضع آليات لتحسين مستوى ممارسة المديرين لها بمدارسهم. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتم إعداد استبانتين طبقت إحداهما على عينة قوامها (107) من مديرى المدارس، بهدف تحديد مستوى جاهزية مديرى المدارس من حيث المعرفة بمفهوم المشاركة بالمعرفة، وأهميتها، واتجاهاتهم نحو ممارستها، وطبقت الأخرى على عينة قوامها (359) من المعلمين بهدف تحديد مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية الداعمة للمشاركة بالمعرفة، وواقع ممارسة المديرين لعمليات المشاركة بالمعرفة. وأظهرت النتائج ارتفاع مستوى جاهزية المديرين، فى حين جاء مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية، وممارسة المديرين لعمليات المشاركة بالمعرفة بدرجة متوسطة. وتم اقتراح آليات لتحسين واقع ممارسة المشاركة بالمعرفة بالمدارس فى ضوء الإطار النظرى للبحث ونتائجه. The aim of the research was to identify the reality of knowledge sharing among public secondary schools’ principals in Menoufia governorate from the point of view of the teachers, in order to develop mechanisms to improve the level of knowledge sharing among principals in their schools. The descriptive approach was used. Two questionnaires were prepared, one of which was applied to a sample of (107) school principals, in order to determine the level of readiness of the principals in terms of their knowledge about the Knowledge sharing concept, Knowledge sharing importance, and their attitudes towards knowledge sharing practice. The other was applied to a sample of (359) teachers in order to determine the level of organizational culture supporting knowledge sharing, and the reality of the practice of principals to share knowledge. The results showed a high level of readiness of principals, while the level of organizational culture, and the practice of principals to the processes of knowledge sharing with a medium degree. Mechanisms have been developed to improve the practice of participation in knowledge of schools in light of the research theoretical framework and the research results. (Published abstract)
