The current research is to design and develop an e-learning environment based on educational web tasks supported by two electronic feedback modules (corrective / informative), with timing of the two modes (immediate / deferred), and the impact of the proposed web tasks on the cognitive acquisition of certain scientific concepts and the proposed web tasks (the four experimental treatments) were built in the light of Muhammad Attia Khamis's educational design model (2007). The researcher also adopted the QM Online Course for designing and constructing tasks Web A scorecard was also prepared to measure the skill performance of the learning skills for the thinking of science teachers in the second cycle of basic education. A scorecard was also prepared to measure the degree to which the research sample was able to use the teaching methods and strategies for thinking in the classroom. Application of the proposed environment on a random sample of (92) teachers of science teachers in some schools of the second cycle of basic education in Qalyubia Governorate, where the sample was distributed to four groups, the results revealed the increase in the average score of science teachers by the throat The second task of the basic education in the post-application of the achievement test and the skill performance observation card has statistically significant differences in the degree of tribal application. The proposed web tasks also achieved a significant impact on the cognitive achievement and skill performance of the learning skills for thinking. Product Evaluation The effectiveness of the proposed web tasks in increasing cognitive achievement and skillful performance of teaching skills for the thinking of science teachers in the second cycle of basic education.
