هدف البحث إلى دراسة مستوى رضا أعضاء هيئة التدريس وطالبات جامعة التقنية والعلوم التطبيقية بالرستاق عن الاختبارات التحصيلية النهائية الإلكترونية. حيت تكونت عينة الدراسة من 40 طالبة من تخصصات الرياضيات والعلوم (الفيزياء، الكيمياء، الأحياء)، و20 عضو من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة التقنية والعلوم التطبيقية بالرستاق للعام الاكاديمي ربيع 2020-2021م. واستخدمت الاستبانتين اللتان صممتها الباحثات كأدوات لقياس مستوى الرضا عن الاختبارات التحصيلية الإلكترونية. واستخدمت الباحثات برنامج SPSS يجاد مستويات رضا أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطالبات عن لتحليل البيانات والاختبا ارت التحصيلية الإلكترونية والفروق بين مستوى رضا الطالبات عن الاختباارت التحصيلية الإلكترونية تعزى إلى متغيرات التخصص. وقد تم تأكيد ثبات استبانة مستوى رضا الطالبات عن الاختبارات التحصيلية الالكترونية بمعامل الفاكرمباخ بنسبة 0.884، وثبات استبانة مستوى رضا أعضاء هيئة التدريس عن الاختبارات التحصيلية الإلكترونية بنسبة 0.724. وقد توصلت النتائج إلى الآتي: 1) يوجد مستوى رضا منخفض لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة التقنية والعلوم التطبيقية بالرستاق عن الاختبارات التحصيلية الالكترونية. 2) يوجد مستوى رضا متوسط لدى طالبات جامعة التقنية والعلوم التطبيقية بالرستاق عن الاختبارات التحصيلية الإلكترونية. 3) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى رضا الطالبات بجامعة التقنية والعلوم التطبيقية بالرستاق عن الاختبارات النهائية الإلكترونية تعزى لمتغيرات التخصص. The aim of the research is to study the level of satisfaction of faculty members and students of the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Rustaq with the final electronic achievement tests. The study sample consisted of 50 students from various disciplines for the spring 2020-2021 academic year. The questionnaire designed by the researchers was used as a tool to measure the level of satisfaction with the final electronic achievement tests and as a tool for research in general. The researchers used the SPSS program to analyze the data and find the levels of faculty and female students’ satisfaction with the final electronic achievement tests, and the differences between the students’ satisfaction levels were attributed to the variables of specialization. It was confirmed that the questionnaire of the level of satisfaction of female students regarding the electronic achievement tests in the FKPEmbach laboratory was stable at a rate of 0.884, and that the questionnaire of the level of satisfaction of the faculty members about the electronic achievement tests was stable at a rate of 0.724 the results are as follows: 1) there is a low level of satisfaction among faculty members at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Rustaq with electronic achievement tests. 2) There is an average level of satisfaction of the female students of the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Rustaq regarding the electronic achievement tests. 3) There are no statistically significant differences between the level of satisfaction of female students at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Rustaq regarding the final electronic exams due to the variables of specialization.
