This study has aimed to identify the parental treatment as realized by 11th grade student in North Batina in Sultanate of Oman and its relationship with motivation to achievement and academic correspondence to recognize the achievement of straight patterns of parental attitudes to help the children to gain psychological and academic balance and correspondence which shall help them to achieve distinction and excellence. This was achieved through exploring the prevailing pattern of parental treatment attitude, the prevailing pattern for motivation to achievement, the prevailing pattern of academic correspondence, the relation between parental treatment and students’ achievement and correspondence and predicting for achievement in respect to parental treatment, adaptation and gender among those students. The study relied on relational descriptive approach. It included a random sample size of (298) males and (288) females students from all 6 states in North Batina governorate. To answer the study questions, three scales have been developed related to the following: parental treatment (47 statements), motivation for achievement (35 statements) and lastly students’ correspondence and adaptation to schools (30 statements). The study have shown the following results: dominance of naturalness of parental treatment attitudes pattern with all members of the study sample. For the non-naturalness parental treatment, the SD dropped dramatically for all members of the study sample. For the motivation of achievement scale, escalation and approximation of most of the patterns was seen for the study sample with measured means close to each other. For the correspondence and adaptation to schools scale, it also has been observed an escalation and approximation of most patterns for the study sample with estimated means very close to each other. The study proved a statistically significant value (p = 0.01) to a good and close extent between parental treatment attitude scale and motivation of achievement. Additionally, the study proved a statistically significant value (p = 0.01) to a good and close extent between parental treatment attitude scale and correspondence and adaptation to school scale.
