هدفت الورقة البحثية إلقاء الضوء على برامج كليات التربية التي قام البعض منها بتطوير لوائحها وفق الإطار الفكري المرجعي الذي أعدته لجنة قطاع الدراسات التربوية، واعتمده المجلس الأعلى للجامعات والذي يحدد مواصفات الخريج من كلية التربية؛ ولكن ما زال عدد غير قليل من الكليات تطبق لوائح قديمة تضم مقررات عفا عليها الزمن ولا تواكب العصر الرقمي ولا تناسب معلم المرحلة الحالية والقادمة. وتوضح تلك الورقة البحثية الآليات التي يمكن اتباعها للتغلب علي تلك السلبيات؛ من خلال وضع رؤية مستقبلية لتطوير برامج كليات التربية. The research paper attempted to focus on faculties of education programs. Some of these programs have been developed according to the conceptual framework of reference prepared by the committee of education studies' sector and approved by the supreme council of universities to determine the specifications of the graduate. However, quite a few colleges still apply old regulations that include outdated, unsuitable courses which do not keep pace with the digital age and future stage teachers. This research paper clarifies the mechanisms that can be followed to overcome these negatives by setting a future vision for developing programs for faculties of education. (Published abstract)
