هدفت هذه الورقة تأكيد أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات ضرورة حتمية للقرن الحادي والعشرين خاصة مع ظهور بعض المصطلحات الجديدة، مثل: (المواطنة الرقمية - الحكومة الرقمية - الرأسمعرفية - تكنولوجيا الرأسمعرفية)، كما أشارت الورقة إلى الضرورة الحتمية لتكنولوجيا الرأسمعرفية؛ لدخول مجتمع المعرفة الرقمية ومتطلبات الأخذ بتكنولوجيا الرأسمعرفية لدخول مجتمع المعرفة الرقمي، بالإضافة إلى تأكيد دور مناهجنا التعليمية؛ لبناء المواطنة الرقمية والحكومة الرقمية في ضوء تكنولوجيا الرأسمعرفية. This paper aimed to emphasize that information technology is an inevitable necessity for the twenty-first century, especially with the emergence of some new terms such as (digital citizenship - digital government - cognitive - cognitive head technology) and the requirements for adopting cognitive technology to enter the digital knowledge society, in addition to emphasizing the role of our educational curricula in building digital citizenship and digital government in light of cognitive head technology. The paper concluded: to propose a proposed system for building digitized educational curricula in light of the competitiveness of cognitive technology. (Published abstract)
