هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة قلق المستقبل وعلاقته بالاتجاه نحو العمل لدى عينة من طلاب الجامعة تكونت من (200) طالبا من طلاب كلية العلوم والآداب ببلقرن. أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة الدراسة في الاتجاه نحو العمل تبعا لمتغير التخصص، والعمر، والسنة الدراسية، والمعدل التراكمي، كذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مرتفعي ومنخفضي قلق المستقبل في الاتجاه نحو العمل لصالح منخفضي قلق المستقبل. The study aimed at identifying the degree of future anxiety and its relation to the work orientation of the university students at the Faculty of Science and Literature in Balqarn. Study Sample: The study was conducted on a sample consisting of (200) students of the college. The results showed that There were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages of the responses of the sample of the study sample in the trend variable towards the work according to the specialization variable, age, academic year, and cumulative rate, and there are statistically significant differences between high and low future concerns in the direction of action for the benefit of future low-interest workers in the direction of employment.
