The study aimed to identify the reality of applying the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in university education in terms of its concept, objectives, importance and requirements for its development, as the world is witnessing a set of developments and changes in various areas of life. The educational institutions, especially universities, are facing a wave of challenges and severe pressures that made them search for new and effective mechanisms and methods to raise the level of their performance and services. Based on the above, universities are required to prepare a new generation with special characteristics that are internationally recognized, that apply the knowledge in a flexible and continuous manner, and accommodate the scientific developments & the technological achievements in order to keep pace with the Fourth Industrial Revolution requirements. To improve its current situation, it requires adopting the development instead of resisting it, adapting to it quickly, taking advantage of its opportunities, establishing serious mechanisms to deal with it, meet the needs of the labor market, and building a system for innovation & stimulating it. In addition to that, providing the best opportunities for new ideas, financing, marketing them as new products & services, setting rules, polices and legislation for the use of the modern technological techniques, especially robotics and artificial intelligence technology. Based on the above, the current research aims to reach the reality of the Fourth Industrial Revolution requirements in the university education. As well ass, the current research is based on the descriptive approach, and it includes three sections: The first section included the theoretical foundations and bases of the Fourth Industrial Revolution while the second section dealt with a set of basic requirements to implement the Industrial Revolution in the Egyptian Universities. The third section included the recommendations, suggestions and proposals needed to implement the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the university education. (Published abstract)
