هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور القيادة في صنع واتخاذ القرارات من خلال قصة يوسف-عليه السلام-، واستنباط أهم العمليات الإدارية التربوية كما وردت في سورة يوسف، والوصول إلى بعض النماذج الإدارية التربوية المستوحاة من سورة يوسف، وتحديد الدروس المستفادة تربويا وإداريا من سورة يوسف. تم استخدام المنهج الاستنباطي، وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات منها تطبيق نماذج القرآن الكريم في النظم الإدارية المعاصرة، والأخذ بما جاء فيها كمعايير للحكم ووضع الخطط، تنفيذ عمل درامي للأطفال لغرس القيم المتضمنة في سورة يوسف تحت إشراف الأزهر والأوقاف. اقترحت الدراسة إقامة برنامج تدريبي مقترح للمتخصصين في إدارة الأزمات في ضوء سورة يوسف. This study aims to illustrate the role of leadership in making decisions in the story of Yosof - peace be upon him, conclude the most important educational administrative processes in surrat Yosof, discover the educational administrative ideals inspired by surrat Yosof, define the educational and administrative lessons in surrat Yosof. The researcher uses here the deductive approach, the study came up with a set of recommendations: Applying the models - that mentioned in Holy Qur'an - to the contemporary administrative systems and using it as standards of judgment and developing plans, and Conducting a dramatic work for children to instill the values embedded in Surat Yusuf under the supervision of Al-Azhar and Awqaf, and the study suggested the establishment of a proposed training program for crisis management specialists in light of Surat Yusuf.
