هدفت الدراسة التعرف على الأسس النظرية لتحسين أداء العاملين فى المؤسسات التعليمية، وتحديد الإطار الفكري لاستخدام مدخل القيادة الأخلاقية فى تحسين أداء العاملين بإدارات الشؤون القانونية بالمؤسسات التعليمية، والتعرف على واقع أداء العاملين بإدارة الشؤون القانونية بمديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة شمال سيناء. تم اقتراح تصور لتحسين أداء العاملين بإدارة الشؤون القانونية بمديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة شمال سيناء في ضوء مدخل القيادة الأخلاقية. تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لتطبيقها على عينة من العاملين بإدارة الشئون القانونية بمديرية التربية والتعليم والإدارات التعليمية الست التابعة لها. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود معايير لتقويم أداء العاملين وفق مقومات معينة كالجوانب المعرفية والمهارات والسمات الشخصية وطبيعة ومستوى الأداء. The study aimed to identify the theoretical bases for improving the performance of employees in educational institutions, and to define the conceptual framework for using the ethical leadership approach in improving the performance of employees in the departments of legal affairs in educational institutions, and to Identify the reality of the performance of employees in the legal affairs department at the Directorate of Education in North Sinai, to suggest a proposal for improving the performance of employees in The Department of Legal Affairs in the Directorate of Education in North Sinai in the light of the ethical leadership approach. The study used the questionnaire as a tool for applying it to a sample of the staff of the legal affairs department at the Directorate of Education and Education and the six educational departments affiliated to it. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: the lack of standards to evaluate the performance of employees according to certain factors such as cognitive aspects, skills, personality traits.
