The aim of the research is to identify the scientific research system in Chinese universities by presenting the policies and legislation of scientific research and the organizational structure of the scientific research system in it, in addition to financing scientific research in Chinese universities and the research infrastructure in them, coordination and international research cooperation in their universities, and dealing with the reality of the scientific research system in Egyptian universities and the weaknesses of these axes, and finally the research presented a proposed vision for developing the scientific research system in Egyptian universities in light of Chinese experience.
