هدفت الدراسة التعرف على صور الفقد ومصادره بمدارس التعليم الفني الصناعي بشمال سيناء من وجهه نظر المعلمين، في محاولة التغلب عليه لتحسن الأداء وتحسين مخرجاتها. استخدم المنهج الوصفي. تم تطبيق استبانة على عينة من المعلمين قوامها (186). من أظهر النتائج أن الفقد الناتج عن الانتاج الزائد بدرجة توافر کبيرة ثم جاء بدرجة تواجد متوسطة على الترتيب کلا من الفقد الناتج عن العمليات الزائدة والفقد الناتج عن التنقل الغير ضروري والفقد الناتج عن الانتظار. The waste represented in wasting effort, time and money without return is one of the factors that prevent educational institutions from conducting Their duties. Therefore, the current research aimed to identify the image of waste and its sources in industrial technical education of schools in North Sinai from the teachers ’point of view. Try to overcome that to improve performance and consequently improving its outputs. The descriptive approach was used. A questionnaire was applied to a sample of (186) teacher. The results of the study indicated that the waste resulting from excess production with a high availability and then came with a moderate degree of presence, respectively, both the losses resulting from the excess operations and the losses resulting from unnecessary mobility and the waste resulting from waiting.
