The main objective of the study was to determine the quality of the relationship between the degree of application of electronic management and the level of administrative creativity in government secondary schools for boys in Hafr Al-Batin. The study used the descriptive approach in its survey and correlative style, due to its relevance to the subject, dimensions and objectives of the study. The study used a questionnaire that was directed to the study sample amounting to (413) teachers, in order to measure the degree of application of electronic management and the level of administrative creativity. The study concluded that the degree of application of electronic management is medium, while the level of administrative creativity came to a large extent in government secondary schools for boys in the city of Hafr Al-Batin. The study recommended the need to work on directing school leaders towards the effective employment of electronic management, especially in the field of professional development for teachers, and to provide a clear and acceptable model for the application of electronic management and equal in all areas of its application within the school environment, and to circulate it to school leaders.
